As a breeder of Pointer dogs, Barillà Kennels Canada selects dogs that excel on land and in water, and are equally comfortable in the home.  They make excellent hunting companions and are great for those who may not hunt, but lead an active lifestyle outdoors and want to have a Pointer as a family pet.

We take a number of factors into consideration when choosing a stud dog for breeding such as his natural abilities, his breeding (bloodline), his productivity record, which should include the traits of his progeny and the field trial performance records of his progeny.

Quality – We only breed the best, proven bird dogs that are field tested, the primary goal that we are trying to measure and reproduce.
